The Finger Joint CPM is the newly-designed medical equipment product, the main

technique feature of product are as follows:

1. Special designed motor drive, run steadily, low noise, and long span life.

volume imported CPU and intelligent program design, the machine also has the function

of over-load protection.

3. Big screen liquid display, considering the need of medical curing, the motion range is

wide.

4. Optimized structure design.

5. The set of armguard board can protect palm from damaged for machine malfunction.

Angle motion speed range：0.5°—3.5°/s；

This unit is used for the convalescence of finger fracture.

This unit can adjust the motion angle of joint, it can promote the convalescence of

finger.

Operation method

1. input the power, open the power switch ， the display will shows the last setting

data .User can change the data according your condition.

2. Set Extension angle 、Flex angle、Speed、Time according to the state of patient. press

the correspond key, it shows the label“—”is blinking. And you can press or to adjust

the parameter.

3. Confirm the parameter on the display is correct. you can press start/pause to start

the machine, at this time the data of running angle will change, watching the machine running

for more than two times, if it runs in normal state, press the start/pause to pause it, then fix

the patient’s arm and palm, if not like that, resetting parameter.

4. Run two times in low speed, confirm all parameter be fit for the requirements of user

again, then begin to cure. If all parameter need to adjust, press start/pause to pause, and

reset all parameter.

5. after the above operation， the machine can be started，it is suggested that run in lowspeed and range is good to patient, then increase the speed and motion range if the patient can

hold.

6. There are three control modes: normal, angle and speed mode; normal mode means that the

machine is running under setting data; angle mode means that the machine runs every 15mins ,

running angle will automatically increase to 3 °; speed mode means that setting Data run

approximately every 15min, run speed will automatic increase of 1 file.

7, this machine has the function of moment, the moment “big” means the machine control works

by 100% of motor output power, moment “in” said the machine control works by about 65% of the

motor output power, moment “small”said the machine control works by about 35% of motor output

power control. Exceeding the set of torque control (output power), then the machine will

automatically reverse operation, to protect the limb.

8.The main function of hand controller is for safe protection. One key can stop machine,

and the other key is extension key, press any of them can protect the patient from machine

malfunction.

Operation attentions:

a. Tell the user about machine’s stopping using and control methods. In case to bring the occurrence of

hazards in abnormal operation and malfunction.

b. Fixed location bandage can change are available, using it, pay attention to fix locking bolts.

Simple failure elimination and maintenance

If the machine can’t run, first check the power supply, check the power switch light is

normal or not, then check the screen display. If you are sure the power supply is off, then

check inner fuse of power outlet. If it’s fine, but there is no power supply, please contact with

us.

If the machine has power, but it has no display, maybe the inner connection has some

problem. This is small failure, but it is suggested that you contact with us.

If the screen can display, but the key on the screen can’t work, it should be the problem

of printing line of control panel. If you can’t eliminate the problem, please contact with us.

The shell of the unit should be cleaned using dry detergent and soft cloth.
