This machine is made up of host computer, supporting pole, leather cushion, hand
controller, and so on.

The adaptively of unit
This unit is used for the convalescence of Shoulder joint fracture.
This unit can adjust the motion angle of joint, it can promote the convalescence of
Shoulder joint.
Operation method
1. Install the main body head according to patient’s need. Adjust the “height
adjusting wheel”. Attention that be more careful for loosening the “movable fasten bolt
of main body” when moving the main body head.
2. Turn on the power, open the power switch, then the machine runs to the initial
position. The display shows “YATAI”, and it stays in setting state, the right-hand corner
shows“SETUP”。
3. Install the arm placing part (at the initial position) according to patient’s need.
Don’t install the front arm shelf parts!
4.Set Extension angle 、 Flex angle、 Speed 、 Time according to the state of patient.
press the correspond key, it shows the parameter on the machine（the character shows
as“EXT”、“FLEX”、“S”、“T”）the label“.”is blinking. And you can press or to
adjust the parameter.4
5. Confirm the parameter on the display is correct. you can press start/pause to
start the machine, it displays“RUN” and immediate motion angle, watching the machine
running for more than two times, if it runs in normal state, press the start/pause to pause
it, then fix the patient’s arm and palm.
After the above operation，the machine can be started，it is suggested that run in
low speed and range is good to patient, then increase the speed and motion range if the
patient can hold.
6. The main function of hand controller is for safe protection. One key can stop
machine, and the other key is extension key, press any of them can protect the patient
from machine malfunction.
Attention item:
a. For safety, install the arm placing part two men together; notice that
protecting the balance of the main body head.
b. It is a little difficult to loosening the fixing bolt, turn a little of the main
body head can loosen it easily.
c. Fasten the bolt when curing.
d. When the time is end, it is strictly forbidden for patient ending the curing
and standing up, avoid the unbalance of machine.
Simple failure elimination and maintenance
If the machine can’t run, first check the power supply, check the power switch light
is normal or not, then check the screen display. If you are sure the power supply is off,
then check inner fuse of power outlet. If it’s fine, but there is no power supply, please
contact with us.
If the machine has power, but it has no display, maybe the inner connection has
some problem. This is small failure, but it is suggested that you contact with us.
If the screen can display, but the key on the screen can’t work, it should be the
problem of printing line of control panel. If you can’t eliminate the problem, please
contact with us.
The shell of the unit should be cleaned using dry detergent and soft cloth.
