Introduction
The lower limb CPM is the newly-designed medical equipment product, the main
technique feature of product are as follows:
1. Microcomputer digital control design and it also adopt imported integrated parts, high
volume imported CPU and intelligent program design, the machine also has the function
of over-load protection.
2. Special designed motor drive, run steadily, low noise, and long span life.
3. Big screen liquid display, all the parameters can be read clearly.
4. Considering the need of medical curing, the motion range is wide,the maximum run
distance has reached about 600mm.
5. Optimized structure design, reduce the unwell feeling.
6. This machine is made up of host computer, supporting pole, bandage, hand controller,
and so on.

The adaptively of unit
The lower limb CPM mainly for patients with lower limb joint function rehabilitation
adjuvant therapy.
Operation method
1. Turn on the power, open the power switch, the LCD shows the data of last time, and the
machine stay in the setting state. Press the “start/pause”button to observe whether the
machine is suitable for the operation of the machine and with no failure phenomenon.
2. Pause the machine, According to the sketch map, pull the supporting pole to make it fit
for the patient’s leg, and tighten up the bolt.
3. Set “Extension angle ”、”Flex angle”、”Speed”、”Time”etc. according to the state of
patient. press the correspond key, the corresponding characters on the display
flashingthe. And you can press “↑” or “↓” to adjust the parameter. After the adjustment,
select the motion mode, motion way and torque.4. The control mode has three types: normal, angle and speed mode. the normal mode
shows that the machine runs according to the setting data. The angle mode shows that
the flex angle can increase 3°,after each 15mins run time; The speed mode shows that
the speed adds one level after each 15mins.
5. The machine has the function of control torque; the torque “ big ” shows the motor work
for 100% power output. Torque “ middle ” shows motor work for 65% power output,
Torque “small” shows motor work for 35% power output. If exceed the setting torque
(output power of motor), the machine will run in reverse direction for protecting the
patient.
6. For safety, it is suggested that use the machine while the joint isn’t stiff. Don’t use the
fixing bind to fix patient’s leg at first, to avoid the joint from damage.
7. Confirm the parameter on the LCD is correct, press start/pause to start the machine, see
the machine running two times, if feel the parameter is correct, patient can use the
machine.
8. The main function of hand controller is the same as control panel, except control mode
and torque.
9. This machine has the key of extension and flex; press the corresponding key, machine
will run to the direction of extension or flex.
Simple failure elimination and maintenance
1. If the machine can’t run, first check the power supply, check the power switch light is
normal or not, then check the screen display. If you are sure the power supply is off,
then check inner fuse of power outlet. If it’s fine, but there is no power supply, please
contact with us.
2. If the machine has power, but it has no display, maybe the inner connection has some
problem. This is small failure, but it is suggested that you contact with us.
3. If the screen can display, but the key on the screen can’t work, it should be the problem
of printing line of control panel.
4. The shell of the unit should be cleaned using dry detergent and soft cloth.
Commitment for after service
If the product has any quality problem in one year, we provide the service of change
and repair, and we also provide 5 years repairing service. The products ,which have left the
factory for over 5 years, should pass the safety assessment so that they can be decided
