Main structure

This machine is made up of host computer, supporting pole, leather

cushion, hand controller, and so on.

The main capability parameters are as follows:

2.Angle motion range of joint：0°—150°；

3.Angle motion speed range： 0.5°—3.5°/s；

The adaptively of unit

This unit is used for the convalescence of Shoulder and elbow joint

fracture.

This unit can adjust the motion angle of joint, it can promote the

convalescence of Shoulder joint.

Operation method of elbow joint

This part is used for right or left elbw joint.

1.Connect the power, turn on the switch, the display shows the setting

datas last time, patient can set the all datas according user’s condition.

2. Set Extension angle 、Flex angle、Speed、Time according to the state

of patient. press the correspond key, it shows the parameter on the machine.

And your setting finger will flash, you can press can increase or

decrease the data. And then press again, the finger will stop flashing.

3.Confirm all datas which are correct,press start/pause to start the

machine,and then the machine will run accordint setting datas.If the machine

can run in normal state and setting datas is fit for the patient’s requirements.

Stop the machine , adjust the length of poles and fix the belt according the

sketch. Tight the bolt. If reset the datas, you can stop the machine and reset

the datas and start again.。

4.Run two cycles in low speed, confirm setting datas which are fit for

pationt’s condition again, then begin the treat to patient.

5. The control mode has three types: normal, angle and speed mode; the

normal mode shows that the machine runs according to the setting data. The

angle mode shows that the flex angle can increase 3°,after each

15~20mins run time; The speed mode shows that the speed adds one level

after each 15~20mins.

6.The machine has the function of moment; the moment “big” shows the

motor work for 100% power output. Moment “middle” shows motor work for

65% power output, Moment “small” shows motor work for 35% power output.

If exceed the setting moment (output power of motor), the machine will run in

reverse direction for protecting the patient.

7.Hand controller is mainly used for protect patient sately.Press stop the

machine will stop running , press start/return the machine will begin running

and press again the machine will run in reverse direction.

Please note:

a.Please tell user that the control method and stop machine urgently of machine,in

case there will bring hurt to user.

b. Regarding the position of fixed belt, it’s convertible on forearm and upper arm of

user, please tight the bolts when during the cure.

c. When finish the cure time, please end the operation with the other one’s help , incase the user fall down out of balance.
